Delivery options:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days to process, then 3–4 weeks for delivery

  • Express delivery: 24h shipping (limited stock). If stock is unavailable, the order defaults to standard delivery and the express shipping fee will be refunded (not the full order amount)

Cancellations:
Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled via email. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.

Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.

Non-receipt of order:
If you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier to obtain a non-delivery certificate, then reach out to us for a replacement.

Credit card data is encrypted. Other data may transit unencrypted for technical processing.
