Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if your item is defective or simply doesn't meet your expectations, you are eligible for a free return within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.


✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.)

⚠️ Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


🧾 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email:

  • To confirm that we’ve received the item

  • To inform you if the refund is approved or rejected

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.


🕐 Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take time before the refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays are possible

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gifts or freebies


🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)

If your item is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a free exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Cover return shipping costs for defective or unsatisfactory products

  • Inspect the returned item and send a replacement at no cost

  • Refund your original return shipping cost, if applicable


📦 Shipping Returns

Return shipping is covered by us if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • You are unsatisfied and the return request is within 30 days of delivery

We’ll provide a prepaid return label upon request.

If your return:

  • Falls outside the 30-day window, or

  • Doesn’t meet the return conditions

For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
